I live in a Trailer Park in Green Bay that is
becoming overrun by feral cats. They multiply constantly. I would like to have them fixed. The only question I have is can
I have the ears tipped to the normal amount that other oranizations like yours are doing? The other organizations are
tipping the ears anywhere from 3/8 " to 1/4". Please bring this to the attention of the whole board. A mojority
vote is what I am hoping for.
I feed, and care for, and love all of them. I
also take in all strays that come along, and find good homes for them.
There is nobody pointing a gun at them, because
it's illegal to shoot ferals in our area. So please make an exception for them and let me get them fixed with minimal
ear tipping.
